Technology Training Manager required by a leading global Law Firm based in central London. The role will be hybrid working (3 days pw in the office), salary dependant on experience.

 

The role will suit an experienced IT Training Manager with previous experience of team leadership and successfully implementing new technology training programs.

 

Previous experience of IT Training Management within a Law Firm or similar professional services environment is essential.

 

Key skills/experience:

  • Proven experience in IT training or education, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of legal software applications and IT systems commonly used in law firms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging training programs that drive user adoption and proficiency.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and a passion for promoting technology adoption and innovation.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Manage the IT Training team, managing their workload and providing strategic guidance
  • Manage the creation of engaging, innovative, and exciting digital learning videos and instructor led sessions that adhere to best practice methodology
  • Act as a senior advisor to colleagues around the firm including senior stakeholders within L&D, Knowledge & Innovation, and Compliance & Risk teams
  • Effectively manage and prioritise a range of simultaneous projects
  • Oversee the scheduling and allocation of ad hoc and regular training
