Location: London

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office

Salary: up to £75k

 

Experienced IT Training Manager required by a leading global Law Firm based near Bank (London), in a permanent role paying up to £75k plus benefits. It is essential that you have previous experience implementing technology training in a Law Firm or legal services environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a global business.

 

Key requirements:

  • Relevant experience in the legal environment or other professional services
  • Proven experience of designing and delivering IT Training in a global environment
  • Successful team leadership experience
  • Previous experience developing engaging e-learning materials

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technology training programs for legal professionals and support staff
  • Creation and delivery of training materials, manuals, and online resources
  • Define and implement an IT Training best practice and standard for the team to adhere to
  • Instil ownership within the team to continuously improve performance and drive a first-class experience for users
  • Customise training to ensure adoption across departments
