Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office
Salary: up to £75k
Experienced IT Training Manager required by a leading global Law Firm based near Bank (London), in a permanent role paying up to £75k plus benefits. It is essential that you have previous experience implementing technology training in a Law Firm or legal services environment. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a global business.
Key requirements:
- Relevant experience in the legal environment or other professional services
- Proven experience of designing and delivering IT Training in a global environment
- Successful team leadership experience
- Previous experience developing engaging e-learning materials
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology training programs for legal professionals and support staff
- Creation and delivery of training materials, manuals, and online resources
- Define and implement an IT Training best practice and standard for the team to adhere to
- Instil ownership within the team to continuously improve performance and drive a first-class experience for users
- Customise training to ensure adoption across departments
