Job Responsibilities
- Designs and delivers training classes, reference materials, and digital learning assets for standard firm software and custom applications.
- Delivers new hire and skills training using instructor led, virtual, eLearning, and blended delivery methods.
- Provides consultation to groups across the firm and follow up support to reinforce learning and promote effective adoption of firm technology.
- Conducts outreach to Practice Groups and Admin groups to define training needs and deliver targeted sessions.
- Creates test scripts and participates in software testing to support training readiness.
- Subject Matter Expert in the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS); maintains training records, publishes training events, reports on training progress, and support other groups in LMS Admin workflows
Skills Required
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of Training experience in a law firm environment.
- Knowledge of firm desktop and legal applications: Office 365, iManage, Teams, Interaction, Aderant, Carpe Diem, PDFdocs and Remote Desktop tools.
- Knowledge of mobile technologies for business users, including device and access management, MFA and applications supporting legal applications.
- Knowledge of eLearning design tools including Vimeo, Snag-it, and Audacity.
- Knowledge of firm approved AI tools/concepts and delivers training to support responsible, effective use of AI - reinforcing security and data protection around AI usage.
This role offers hybrid working - 1 day WFH weekly.
