IT Support Manager - Hands on IT Support / Security Compliance / Training

4 days a week onsite - moving to 3 after 6 months
We are recruiting for an IT Support Manager with law firm experience for a small firm based in London. The role will be the number one within IT Support and work closely with the MSP to provide IT Support and maintenance of hardware and software issues.
This role will focus heavily on internal compliance and security. It will assist the Compliance Officer in legal practice within the firm and include renewals for security accreditations such as Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001.
Technical skills required;
- Law firm experience
- Compliance and Security Knowledge
- Legal Applications - Intapp, iManage etc.
- MSP Management
