Our client is recruiting a new IT Services Manager to work in their Cambridge office on a hybrid basis.
The role will be managing a team of 10, via 3 direct reports and be responsible for the ongoing service delivery and improvements to the firm's IT support function.
This is an exciting opportunity where the manager is able to suggest and implement new ways of working and make a positive impact.
Ideally, the manager will have worked in a similar professional services or partnership environment, and have experience as a Service Desk Manager or Service Delivery Manager.
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft and cloud technologies including: M365, AD, Intune
- Experience working in a VDI Environment
- Experience providing IT Support using ITIL based guidelines - Incident/Problem and Change Management)
- Act as an escalation point of technical issues
