Are you an experienced IT Project Manager looking for a new and exciting opportunity? A highly driven and reputable international law firm are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our dynamic Business Project Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the planning, designing, and implementation of the Intapp Conflicts and Intake solution, delivering exceptional client service to their esteemed clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed project plan to design, build, and implement the Intapp Conflicts and Intake solution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs.
  • Assign and manage project tasks to the Project Team and other stakeholders, promoting a collaborative working environment.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of every aspect of the project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in initiating projects, planning, delegating, managing, and mitigating risks.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing new business intake solutions within the legal or professional sector environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask without losing sight of execution priorities.
  • Strong leadership abilities and exceptional customer relations and communication skills to effectively liaise with all project stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle high levels of complexity with a "can do" positive attitude.
  • Experience using Intapp software is highly desirable but not essential.
