A leading, highly reputable professional services firm is expanding its global procurement team by expanding the team with an additional IT Procurement Specialist. The specialist will be key to driving initiatives in IT procurement and focus on supplier management across the department.
The Role:
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the specialist will ensure that the technology purchases meet both IT and over-arching business strategy. The role holder will be expected to help review existing contracts, pricing and agreements in place and support the Procurement Manager in an exercise of reviewing, benchmarking and negotiating.
Experience:
- Experience in IT Procurement or similar centralised procurement team.
- Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Knowledge of various types of software licensing models
