We are excited to collaborate with a growing law firm situated in Kent. As a result of expansion across various departments, the firm is currently seeking a new IT Operations Manager who can bridge the gap between the business, IT teams, and external vendors.
The Role:

Responsible for overseeing IT Support, Systems, Infrastructure, and Security teams (Currently comprising a team of 10 members)

Establishing service benchmarks throughout the IT departments, adhering to ITIL practices, and driving ongoing enhancements.

Participating in all projects and ensuring successful implementation within a dynamic technology landscape encompassing Azure and Cloud operations.
Experience Required:

Experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, or related field

Experience with Microsoft solutions, such as M365, Azure, and Cloud

A passion for IT security and operations

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Hybrid working - 50% in the office
