An excellent opportunity awaits for a dynamic leader with a background in service-oriented environments, entrusted with the pivotal task of executing the company's business strategy and technology roadmap. As the IT Director, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of services to seamlessly align with the company's standards and aspirations. Your responsibilities include advancing the company's technology strategy, staying abreast of emerging technologies and market trends, and securing the company's position as a technological frontrunner.

A key aspect of this role involves a continuous commitment to improving services and implementing innovative IT solutions. The ideal candidate not only brings fresh perspectives but also actively engages with stakeholders across all organisational levels. Effective communication and advocating for technology strategies during high-level meetings will be essential in fostering forward-thinking approaches. The organisation is seeking an individual with a strong dedication to promoting ongoing improvements in both service quality and corporate culture.

Presently, the IT team consists of 3 direct reports, along with an additional 25 indirect reports, which include outsourced teams. Notable projects on the horizon include the company's continued transition into cloud technology, the upgrade of the document management system, and a review of the existing practice management system.

This opportunity is suitable for both seasoned IT Directors and talented individuals aspiring to take on such a role. Exceptional communication and leadership skills are of paramount importance for success in this position.

Applicants for this role should ideally have a background in professional services, with a preference for experience within the legal sector.
