Are you an experienced Internal Communications specialist? Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity where you can make a difference? Then this is a role you might like to consider. We are currently working with a leading accountancy practice who are looking to significantly develop the firms internal communications strategy and programs. Joining an established Marketing team, and reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of engaging internal communications, translating complex issues into communications that help employees feel informed, engaged and inspired. An internal communications program which will support the firm deliver the vision of the firm, support and demonstrate the firm's value and purpose.

The successful candidate will have a strong background of the development and implementation of internal communications within a professional or financial services business. The role requires not only excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present information in clear, concise and compelling ways, but someone who will challenge and bring a fresh approach to communication, channels and platforms. 

It is an exciting time in the firm's development and this role will play a key role in the evolution and development of the business.
