Interim Systems Stabilisation & Data Integrity Lead
6‑month contract | Hybrid (UK) | Start ASAP | Outside IR35
We’re partnering with a UK-based professional services firm that is seeking an experienced Interim Systems Stabilisation & Data Integrity Lead to support and steady a recently implemented finance system. This role will suit someone who has strong Elite 3E experience, is calm under pressure, collaborative, and confident working across both technical and finance teams.
The successful person will be responsible for -
- Help diagnose and resolve system and data flow issues
- Strengthen integrations between 3E and a bespoke front‑end platform
- Support the business in addressing data mismatches and reconciliation challenges
- Improve SQL/database performance and overall system reliability
- Introduce better testing, quality controls, and regression discipline
- Work closely with an external development partner to improve governance and oversight
- Contribute to restoring confidence in financial reporting and operational performance
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong SQL skills and experience with finance/ERP systems (3E desirable)
- A solid understanding of integrations, APIs and Azure-hosted environments
- A background in system stabilisation, recovery, or complex implementation challenges
- The ability to bridge the gap between finance, IT and senior stakeholders
