We are delighted to be working with a leading international law firm, in recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 3-6 month interim basis. As an HR Business Partner, you will provide comprehensive HR support to the firm’s Business Advisory division.
  • Develop trusted relationships with department managers, partners, and heads of groups
  • Act as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor on HR matters
  • Provide expertise and guidance on all HR processes
  • Mentor and supervise HR Advisors, ensuring accurate and timely completion of paperwork
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Reward, Learning & Development, and Finance teams as needed
  • Manage strategic projects and support team initiatives
  • Identify and propose initiatives for improving team and firm efficiencies
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in legal or professional services
  • Extensive knowledge of employment law and handling complex employee relations issues
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across different client groups and locations
  • Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a matrix management structure
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR expertise
