An exciting opportunity at a leading international law firm, for a Learning & Development specialist to be responsible for creating and managing world class learning initiatives and programmes. Working collaboratively with colleagues and third-party providers, this role will see the successful candidate leading on the design and delivery of high quality innovative blended learning solutions for the team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify learning and development needs across the firm working closely with HRBP’s and other key stakeholders across the firm to continuously evolve their learning initiatives and curriculum.
  • Designing and implementing face to face learning content.
  • Creating facilitator and participant resource guides with supporting materials.
  • Designing and delivering train the trainer sessions for new programmes and models.
  • Developing blended learning solutions working closely with the technology team.

 

The successful applicant will have gained the following key skills and experience:

  • Proven track record in managing the complete learning cycle, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning in a professional skills environment.
  • Strong planning and project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A good knowledge of business, management and leadership theory and practice.
  • A solid background in curriculum management, ideally to an international target audience.
  • A keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships.
