A leading law firm as an opportunity for an HR Systems Analyst to be a key member of the wider Human Resources team.

This role will be responsible for supporting a number of HR people related systems, partnering with frontline HR teams to understand the application of functionality out in the business. This role will require a strong understanding of employee lifecycle activities, the related data and process flows and to provide project support across a number of key initiatives throughout the year.

 

Key responsibilities will include:

 

Systems:

· Contribute to the development and maintenance of the HRIS solution.

· Provide end user support; manage, investigate and resolve issues.

· Carry out regular data quality checks, proactively working with the HR team to resolve data quality issues.

· Work with the business to dive system adoption through data analytics and proactively seeking feedback from users and stakeholders.

 

Project Support across initiatives including:

· The wider Employee and Partner appraisal process.

· Annual engagement survey and subsequent pulse surveys.

· Salary review, talent review, promotions and seat moves.

 

Skills & Experience Required:

· Experience of supporting a core HRIS in the capacity of an advanced/super use.

· HR background with functional knowledge and understanding of HR business processes.

· Advanced Excel skills.

· Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multi-task, manage work under pressure and deliver to agreed deadlines.
