A leading international Law firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their London HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

· Assisting with ad hoc HR requests from all members of the firm e.g. policies and procedures, terms and conditions of employment etc.

· Providing support on all aspect of absence management including monitoring sickness absence rates and return to work guidance, occupational health referrals and follow ups.

· Assist the HR Manager with any disciplinary, grievance or performance related issues.

· Support the HR Manager with the administration of family leave (maternity, paternity, shared parental and adoption leave) and flexible working requests.

· Assist the HR Manages with preparation of salary review data, analysis and letter production and the firm’s annual development review cycle for business services and fee earning staff.

· Conduct exit interviews where appropriate.

· Responsible for benefit processing for business partner groups e.g. season tickets leans, gym membership, cycle to work scheme etc.

 

The successful applicant will have the following experience and skills

· At least 3 years’ experience and ideally CIPD qualified.

· Excellent administrative, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time efficiently.

· Good attention to detail. Accurate and thorough.
