An award-winning London law firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join them as HR Director, to work in conjunction with the business and other members of the HR team to provide a service aligned to firm strategy and results in business excellence.
Reporting into the CEO, the role will work alongside an HR Advisor providing guidance, support and advice to the whole firm.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsibilities include the creation and development of HR strategy in line with the firm's vision and values. Achieving this through the design and implementation of HR policies, practices and initiatives across all areas of people management including professional development, recruitment and selection, diversity, employee relations, pay and benefits, organisational change and development.
- Attending Partners meetings & reporting weekly to the management team as a key advisor to the firm
- Responsible for organisational change within the partnership and the firm as a whole.
The successful applicant will have gained at least 5 years’ experience working in a Senior HR Manager role and have a background in professional services, ideally the legal sector. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced business, with regularly changing needs and processes, and have a can-do attitude.
