The HRD/CPO will be a strategic partner to the firm’s leadership team, working closely and collaboratively with the Managing Partner, Group Managing Partners and Business Services Heads to achieve the firm’s business goals. The HRD/CPO will lead on all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, employee engagement/performance and workforce (including succession) planning, supporting sustained growth and competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading strategic modernisation projects and delivering high performance with experience of being in a senior HR role within the legal or wider professional services sectors. They will possess an interest in and understanding of the business goals of the growing firm and the ability to ensure that its people initiatives are aligned with and support those objectives. This could suit someone stepping up as well as those already at this leadership level.
