Do you have experience and a keen interest in the innovative legal solutions market? Perhaps you have a background as a lawyer but transitioned into a BD/Operations role? This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to lead the growth of a highly successful, fast-growing, dynamic provider of flexible and innovative legal solutions in the UK and EMEA.

This company provides on-demand People solutions, legal process and operations consulting, and Managed Legal Services (MLS).

As Head of Sales & Business Development - EMEA you will work directly with the wider international team to grow the customer base and expand existing customer relationships to accelerate revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and introduce new customer opportunities, focusing on lead generation and building a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Engage with new and existing customers to develop long term mutually beneficial relationships
  • Help position the company as a market leader in EMEA for New Law services and create strategic sales growth plans
  • Build brand and profile in the market – including thought leadership content
  • Offer input to product and service development through understanding customer need
  • Help build partnership opportunities as this segment of the legal industry continues to evolve

Key requirements include:

  • Demonstrated ability to impact revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Strong negotiator, influencer, and team player, used to managing multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations
  • Sector experience, with an existing network in Legal/Professional Services industries advantageous
  • An understanding of ALSP/NewLaw value proposition of innovative legal solutions and its positioning and potential within the wider industry
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work and thrive in an agile scale-up environment
  • An analytical mind and a data-driven approach to sales strategies
  • Exemplary verbal and written English and communication skills
