Are you an experienced Senior Reward & Benefits specialist looking for a new role? This Global Law firm is looking for a Head of Reward & HR Systems to develop a market leading reward team, and, to shape, influence and implement a global employee reward strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity where you will be the main driver to design, develop and implement a distinctive and market leading total global employee reward strategy/personalisation of benefits. You will need to build, develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and work closely with the Chief People Officer on all global reward projects and initiatives. You will be instrumental in the development of the reward & benefits function to ensure it becomes a centre of excellence for the firm.
You must be able to demonstrate proven experience in a similar Senior Reward role within professional services. This role offers 100% remote working.
