Head of Reward - UK, Ireland & Middle East
Fantastic opportunity to join a global law firm in a Head of Reward position. This role will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership where you will bring expertise and fresh thinking to ensure the firm's reward packages are competitive, sustainable and aligned to the goals and values. This role offers the opportunity to make an impact across our UK, Ireland and Middle East offices, combining strategic influence with hands-on leadership. This is a pivotal role where you will shape and deliver the approach to reward, lead the evolution of the HR systems, and develop and champion the use of people analytics to drive decision-making, performance and productivity. Reporting into the CPO you will lead a team of 10+ and be a key driver in reviewing and refreshing the total reward structure of the firm.
To be successful in your application you must have proven experience in a senior leadership reward role in the past and will have a background in professional services or ideally previous law firm experience.
