Head of Responsible Business
We are proud to be working in partnership with DAC Beachcroft in their search for a Head of Responsible Business.  This is an important role for the firm where you will be responsible for developing and managing the strategic plans across all aspects of ESG, along with presenting to the Executive Board and LLP Group Board. The firm has already started its ESG journey and as Head of Responsible Business you will lead a small team to drive the agenda on Pro Bono, Community Investments and Environmental Sustainability.

This ideally is a London-based hybrid role where you will work closely with Partners across the business, Senior Partners, the soon to be appointed COO, and ED&I Lead to engage them in the overall responsible business strategy and also guide the local CSR relationships across all offices. This role will be instrumental in driving the responsible business strategy and ensuring the firm delivers on science-based targets and commitments, pro bono, community targets and firmwide engagement to responsible business.

You will need to have proven experience in a previous responsible business/ESG lead role, ideally in professional services or law firm/partnership model but applicants from other backgrounds are welcomed too.  This is a really exciting opportunity where you will be instrumental in getting the firm to the next stage of its responsible business journey.

Please apply for further details.
