Head of Practice - Operations, Transformation and Change
We are currently looking to appoint a Head of Practice to further develop and lead our Operations, Transformation and Change recruitment practice. You will be responsible for leading on senior mandates to include both search and contingent.

We are now seeking to appoint a new Head of Practice to develop, lead and have overall responsibility for our Operations, Transformation and Change Practice. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced individual who will further develop this business and, in further grow a team of consultants for whom you will be responsible. You will work in partnership with the Directors to develop a strategy and business plan for the business and be responsible for delivering this in a commercial and profitable way. We have a very strong existing client base, and you will be responsible for working with these existing clients as well as building out new business.
We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional for this role and would expect them to have had some experience in recruiting these roles. We are looking to work with someone who brings a consultative and commercial approach and excited about the opportunity to build a business and be part of our wider leadership team.
