Exciting newly created role for a Head of Operations at a leading international law firm. This role will be responsible for driving and embedding best practice to ensure the firm delivers the best possible service and experience for both clients and colleagues. You will manage the operations team consisting of facilities, catering and front of house plus manage the external supplier relationships. As Head of Operations you will manage the service, suppliers and budgets, manage risk and the property strategy and portfolios. You will also work closely with the responsible business team as the firm works towards their sustainability goals. You will drive best practice and assess existing policies and services whilst working closely with senior stakeholders.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous law or professional services firm experience.
