The successful person will lead a high-performing global team responsible for product management, application support, and development. Your key responsibilities include delivering expert application-level support, managing the application suite, identifying productivity tools, ensuring stability and security, and contributing to the bespoke case management system's success.
The successful candidate for this position will ideally have the following experience
- Proven leadership in IT applications.
- Strong technical expertise in support, development, and product management.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework
- Experience managing large teams and driving innovation.
- Knowledge of integrations, upgrades, and security.
- Familiarity with legal applications or bespoke case management systems is preferred.
