As the Head of Financial Decision Support, you will report directly to a Partner in the senior leadership. Initially, your focus will be on implementing a change program in the integration and maintenance of the firm's UK client's financial systems. However, your influence and responsibilities can grow based on business needs and your own vision.
Driving Strategic Decision-Making: You will advise and approve all client contract commercial terms, engaging in challenging conversations to guide partners towards alternative strategies that align with the firm's strategic aims.
Managing Pricing Strategy: Overseeing and supporting the management of the pricing strategy in the UK, you will ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
Client Portfolio Reviews: Leading regular client portfolio reviews, you will work closely with partners to engage in challenging conversations regarding commercial benefits and rates.
Process Improvement: Undertaking a comprehensive review of client financial system integration and maintenance, you will collaborate with other Senior Business Service leads to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change.
Solution Development: You will develop solutions to common issues, ensuring effective implementation across the business and driving commercial awareness and compliance with client terms through internal training initiatives.
Collaboration and Adaptation: Working closely with the Pricing team, UK Head of BD, Pitching, International Finance Managers, and International Business Managers, you will provide UK market knowledge and support decision-making processes that align with profit targets.
Effective Communication: Leading junior support, you will ensure our client dashboard design remains current and informative for partners. Additionally, you will collaborate with overseas service teams to redesign processes that meet both business and client needs.
