Exciting new opportunity for a Head of Facilities and H&S at a UK Law firm. This role can be based in either Southampton or London and will sit in the Senior Management team and report directly into the Managing Partner. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, Finance and the Quality/Risk teams and have overall responsibility to deliver excellent innovation and customer service to both client and employees by providing and delivering a first-class environment. The main focus on this role will be Strategic Project Delivery where you will create and deliver a best in class working environment, the Operational Delivery where you will manage the team, budgets, and suppliers, and also the Environmental and Health & Safety where you will ensure all regulatory and legal H&S standards are met and coordinate and manage the firms environmental strategy.
