Head of Facilities for a Guildford based law firm, offering hybrid working with 2-3 days a week in the office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior facilities/workplace professional to join a successful law firm in Guildford. This role will manage the facilities team and be responsible for driving the process improvement agenda for workplace, property, front of house, facilities and supplier management. Team management is essential for this role as you will be managing a team of up to eight and as the most senior member of the team you will be advising and guiding on all aspects of the colleague and client experiences. There is a strong focus on the 'soft services' of this role where you will be responsible for ensuing improvements and driving value to ensure a 'workplace of the future' is achieved.
