Head of Enterprise Systems & Data

We are working exclusively with this leading firm, on the hire of a Head of Enterprise Systems & Data to take the lead on the firm's core business systems and data strategy.
This is an end-to-end leadership role shaping how technology and data power the firm. You'll lead the strategy, performance, and evolution of the firm's enterprise application portfolio: Aderant Expert (or Elite), iManage, Intapp Intake & Conflicts, Interaction CRM, HR systems, BI platforms, and the integration layer that holds it all together.
You'll also own the enterprise data capability - governance, quality, reporting and analytics - working hand-in-hand with Finance, HR, BD and practice leadership to turn trusted data into better decisions.
They are looking for someone
- Who has led enterprise systems and data in a law firm (or similar professional services environment)
- Experience around Aderant/Elite, Intapp, iManage, CRM and integration platforms
- Has designed and run data governance models
- Leads change and adoption, not just implementation
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
