My client is a leading global law firm, dedicated to providing top-tier legal services to the world's foremost corporations and financial institutions.

 

As the Head of Digital Marketing Operations, you will be a key member of the Central Brand, Marketing, and Communications team, integral to the wider Marketing and Business Development function across all regions of the firm. You will collaborate closely with regional Digital Managers and the Head of Brand and Communications. This role presents a dynamic opportunity to lead the planning, implementation, and performance measurement of the digital marketing technology stack, driving Digital Marketing strategy forward.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional Chief Marketing Officers, digital leads, and the Head of Brand and Communications to develop a marketing technology roadmap supporting business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance on marketing technology stack selection and usage, including the firm's intranet.
  • Oversee the firm's website to ensure optimal user experience, visual appeal, and search engine optimization (SEO), implementing enhancements as necessary.
  • Assist in identifying and adopting appropriate marketing technology tools.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximize investments.
  • Advise and oversee the firm-wide MarTech data strategy.
  • Provide performance analysis and reporting on marketing activities across various channels.
  • Manage the configuration, deployment, and operation of existing platforms, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the MarTech stack.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and other relevant guidelines.
  • Mentor and develop the regional digital marketing teams.

 

Your profile

  • We are looking for an individual with extensive operational and strategic experience with core marketing technology and marketing platforms including website, intranet, email marketing, CRM, and social media management.
  • Prior experience in a Digital leadership role within a professional services firm, preferably in the legal domain would be advantageous.
  • You should have a proven track record in leading the development and implementation of digital marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • You should also be able to demonstrate managing change and project management across teams and geographical regions.
