We are delighted to be partnering with this international legal and professional services firm who are looking to hire a Head of Digital to join their team. The successful applicant will report to the Director of Marketing and Communication, and will have the support of a Digital Marketing Executive.
The Head of Digital will be responsible for developing and implementing my client's digital strategy, focusing on search optimisation, integrating new products, and enhancing the user experience on their website. This role requires a deep understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms (Umbraco), and digital tools, as well as strong knowledge of the EU accessibility standards being introduced. The successful candidate will also need to manage relationships with external agencies for website development work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Improving the user journey and ensuring an integrated approach across all offerings.
- Collaborating closely with marketers and business development teams.
- Managing relationships with external agencies for website development.
