We are working exclusively with a global law firm to help them recruit a Head of D,E&I. This a a newly created position and you will be responsible for leading on the design, implementation of a transformational new D,E&I strategy for the firm. You will ensure D,E&I is central and integrated across the firm and their practices, to enable an innovative workplace that is creative, welcoming, supportive, inclusive and that is focused on a strong sense of community between colleagues.
You will report directly into the HRD and work closely with Senior Stakeholders to act as their trusted advisor to provide external insights and thought leadership to steer the direction and achievement of the firms D&I strategy. This role will form part of the HR Leadership team.
You must have proven extensive experience of being a subject matter expert of D&I, internationally and cross sectors. This would be ideally within a law firm or within wider professional services and have an understanding of working in a partnership environment. You must be able to demonstrate a strong background and knowledge with D&I strategies and have proven experience of working with senior stakeholders and partners.
