Exciting, newly created Head of Business Support Services to work for a Global Risk Management Consultancy based in London. Do you have a background in Business Support Services and Operations and have worked in professional services firms in the past? As Head of Business Services you will be responsible for working with the non-fee earning operations of the firm to set and deliver the high-level long-term strategy for the back office functions (HR, IT, Finance & Administration). The firm is currently going through a restructure and this role will be instrumental in reshaping and optimizing the quality of the business services by driving forward new efficiencies and delivering a high quality service to the firm that aligns with the business growth plans. You will report into the Director of Operations and manage the different business Services teams.
You must have proven experience of managing business services/business support operations in the past within a professional services firm.
