The Head of Business Development is a senior role in the firm, working closely with the Director of BD & Marketing, and the senior leadership team you will help drive and embed a client-centric approach to business development. Key to the firm’s strategy is to accelerate its ability to grow market share with its chosen markets, this role is seen as a critical part of the firm achieving its strategic objectives.
Building on existing foundations, you will be responsible for developing and driving forward key strategic initiatives to energise and enable fee earners to generate leads, convert opportunities, increase cross-selling and grow key clients. The role will see you driving and developing focussed business development activity across sectors, practice groups and through a client account management programme. As Head of Business Development, you will lead and empower an existing team to provide strategic and commercial advice to the partnership.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing firm wide BD strategies within a professional services partnership. The role could be based in Tunbridge Wells, Horsham or London.
