My client, a top tier leading law firm is seeking a Global Mobility Advisor to join it’s HR Department on a six month fixed-term contract basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the Global Mobility Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the global mobility framework and procedure, including immigration, relocation, and associated governance. You will manage the secondment lifecycle, ensuring high-quality execution from start to finish, initiate providers, and conduct employee briefings/training presentations detailing the mobility process and secondment package. Additionally, you will drive efficiencies and process improvements relating to relocation activities, proactively identify and highlight all risks and deadlines for each move, and maintain strong attention to detail while juggling multiple moves with tight turnaround times.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in managing global mobility activities, strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
