As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in this global firm, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and team members across the firm to drive business development strategies for Dispute Resolution. Your responsibilities will encompass engaging with strategic challenges, leading bid strategies, overseeing content creation, managing marketing campaigns, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the firm's business development approach.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the formulation of a focused marketing and business development strategy for UK DR, enhancing client relationships and targeting new opportunities.
- Leading bid strategy ensuring the pursuit of opportunities, tracking activities, and reporting results via Salesforce.
- Overseeing the creation of practice-specific content, campaigns, and events to increase client engagement and enhance the firm's global reputation.
- Managing headline marketing campaigns in DR.
- Demonstrating strong people management and leadership skills, inspiring and driving a high-performing team.
- Building trusted relationships with partners, stakeholders, and global colleagues, fostering a 'one team' global mindset.
This role requires proven experience in legal or professional services business development; knowledge and experience of Dispute Resolution would be advantageous.
