Exciting newly created role for a Global Head of Resourcing at a leading global law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional where you will be a core part of the people leadership team. You will report into the Chief People & Talent Officer and lead the future talent & apprentice team, the talent acquisition team and the global mobility team. As Global Head you will be instrumental in setting and delivering the strategic plans for talent acquisition, partner hiring, people leadership, recruitment and project work across the firm.
It is essential that you have proven experience of managing a recruitment team and working at a senior level in a professional services organisation, law firm experience is preferable.
