Global Director of Technology

This is a newly designed role with a global remit and large team, reporting at Board level.
The person appointed will continue the good work already started in evolving and improving the technology function along the road towards an optimal global model and service level that fits this firm’s progressive future plans.
This firm is looking for a technologist with a solid technical background and a strategic mindset. This person will be able to galvanise a team and strike the right balance between accelerating the modernisation of the function; keeping the firm protected; enhancing the firm’s digital agenda; operating as efficiently as possible; whilst at all times ensuring their function has a first class service mentality and is supporting the firm’s strategy at all times.
