Totum Partners are working with an international Law firm to recruit a Financial Accountant in an all-round role, with a focus on statutory accounting in addition to other financial reporting responsibilities. You will be joining an established Finance team with other qualified Accountants, and have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days-a-week.
Financial Accountant
Based in Central London
2-3 days-a-week WFH
Financial Accountant Responsibilities:
- Preparation of statutory accounts and financial reports
- Management and partnership accounting
- Providing assistance with audits
- Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow
- Business partnering with department heads to understand costs and overall financial health
- Preparation and reconciliation of VAT returns
Financial Accountant Experience:
- APPLICANTS MUST HAVE WORKED IN A LEGAL, ACCOUNTANCY OR OTHER LLP FIRM
- 2+ years ACCA/ACA/CIMA (or equivalent) post qualification experience
- Evidence of preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
- Strong understanding of and experience with audits
