Totum are delighted to be supporting this global Consultancy in their search for a Finance Project Controller to cover a 12-month Fixed Term maternity cover.
The role sits within finance, and you will be responsible for the operational and project support of the sales units creating and maintaining documentation for all projects.
Based in the West-End, they have wonderful new offices, offer hybrid working and an excellent benefits package.

Experience they are looking for:

  • Skilled finance professional with professional services/consultancy experience
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a goal-oriented approach to work
  • Strong service and customer orientation as well as team spirit. Experience in supplier management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel)
  • SAP experience desirable, but not essential

What you will be doing:

  • Creation of project codes in SAP
  • Where appropriate submission of budget plans for ICO review / approval
  • Creation of purchase orders for other RB offices where necessary
  • Creation of third-party customer invoices and distribution
  • Cash collection function – follow up overdue invoices
  • Admin for registering inter-company projects and creation of inter-company outgoing invoices / checking against raised POs
  • Liaising with colleagues from other RB offices and maintaining good relationships
  • Checking and ensuring timely timesheets bookings and reviewing project status reports
  • Collating and preparing quarterly IFRS 15 questionnaires
  • Liaising with external suppliers to provide project updates as appropriate
  • Ad-hoc requests, reporting and analyses
