Totum Partners are delighted to be working with a leading international law firm in recruiting a Accounts Payable Administrator for their Glasgow office.
The ideal Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for:
- Administration of Expense System – Chrome River
- Working with Finance Systems Team and Financial Accountants
- Liaising with External Auditors on tax queries
- Working with HR and Tax teams about Expense Policy
- Working with stakeholders to ensure expenses/credit card transactions are processed efficiently
- Analysis Unapproved, unprocessed, and draft expense items
- Administration of new starters and leavers

The ideal Accounts Payable Administrator will have:
- Proven and relevant experience within a similar position within a professional services environment or similar
- Understanding of the legal industry and its operating model
