Newly created Executive Director of Responsible Business wanted for a South West Professional Services firm (can be based in either Bristol, Exeter or Southampton)
This successful, well established, professional services firm is looking for a Responsible Business professional to join the Senior Management Team. You will report into the Group HR Director and drive the strategy to ensure the successful delivery of the firm’s ambition to be a responsible business. You will be the subject matter expert and be the main advisor to the Senior Management Team and Board on Social Impact, Pro Bono, Charity Giving, Net Zero and Environmental Targets and Community Investment.
You will need to have proven experience of working in a similar role (ideally in Professional Services) where you have been instrumental in setting frameworks and policies to implement a Responsible Business Strategy. You will have strong influencing and project management skills whilst working with Senior Stakeholders.
