Join a leading professional services firm in central London as an Executive Assistant to the Practice Director. This dynamic role involves:

Partnership/Managing Committee Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Practice Director and non-fee earning support to the partnership.
  • Arrange and coordinate partner meetings, including agendas, papers, IT setup, catering, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate European management meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage office and travel insurances, risk registers, and regulatory requirements for London and European offices.
  • Provide strategic input and support.

HR Support:

  • Coordinate feedback forums and processes for fee earners and support staff.
  • Support agile and flexible working strategies.
  • Assist HR with research, administration, and key strategic projects.

BD/Marketing Support:

  • Provide administrative and research support to partners and associates.
  • Assist with legal directory submissions and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Create branded marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign.

Person Specification:

  • Experience supporting board-level executives with confidentiality and discretion.
  • High-level administrative support for M&A, BD, Marketing, and HR.
  • Strong skills in managing complex diaries, workloads, and business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
