Events & Programme Manager

We are delighted to be working with this prestigious global law firm who are looking for a talented and experienced Events & Programme Manager to join their existing team based in London.


This firm have a brilliant reputation and are innovative and forward thinking. Their culture is collaborative and diverse, and this Events & Programme Manager role will take the lead in rolling out the firms’ new client and internal events strategy and coaching the existing events team.


Working closely with the Team Lead, the successful candidate will advise on events best practice, liaise extensively with key stakeholders to influence and encourage a more strategic approach to events, and ensure that all events are resourced correctly.


Excellent coaching skills will be an essential part of this role, supporting the team to adopt a new approach to events that is strategic, creative and impactful.


The Events & Programme Manager will work closely with key internal teams to develop effective measures to track ROI and event feedback, as well as ensuring best practice is cascaded across all regional teams, so a global mindset is key for this exciting opportunity.


The Events & Programme Manager will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a range of flagship client and internal events across the year.


The successful candidate for this unique Events & Programme Manager role will have strong Event Management experience and demonstrable experience of mentoring and coaching a team.


Experience of working in a changing and evolving environment is essential, along with first class communication skills, lots of creativity and experience of influencing senior stakeholders.


We are looking for candidates with at least 10 years of experience in managing major events, gained within a global professional services or financial services environment, with experience of best practice tools and contract and cost saving negotiation.
