Responsibilities:
- Strategic Event Delivery: Design and deliver client events that support business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior colleagues to shape event concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Technology & Data: Use CRM and marketing platforms to manage communications, track engagement, and evaluate success.

- Supplier Relations: Build strong partnerships with venues, caterers, and other providers to ensure quality and value.
- Sponsorship Oversight: Manage external sponsorships and hospitality assets to maximise return and client impact.
About You:
- You’ll bring solid experience in events management within a professional services or financial services setting.
- You’re highly organised, with a flair for creative thinking and a sharp eye for detail.
- You’re confident using CRM systems and digital tools to support event planning and analysis.
- You’re a natural communicator who can build trust with stakeholders and suppliers alike.
- You’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- You’ll be available to start a role in November and commit to a 12-month contract.
