Events Executive FTC - 12 Month

Totum Partners is looking for an Events Executive on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a Magic Circle law firm. This role will involve developing and implementing end-to-end event management solutions for both client and internal events. The Events Executive will have in-depth involvement in the identification and planning phases for event marketing activities, as well as making recommendations and implementing best practice globally.

Responsibilities

  • Creating an end-to-end event management solution for client and internal events, including creative dinners and drinks receptions, global offsite conferences and content-rich events
  • Having in-depth involvement in the identification and planning phases for event marketing activities
  • Making recommendations and implementing best practice globally
  • Providing excellent event marketing support to the business client relationships programme

Candidate Requirements

  • At least two years experience in an Events roles within a professional services environment
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of the event marketing process
  • Organisational prowess, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communications skills
  • Open-mindedness and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong networking skills and ability to manage clients' expectations
