We are delighted to be working with this leading international law firm, who are looking for a talented, creative Events & Marketing Executive to join their team based in London.

This Events & Marketing Executive role will take ownership of the coordination, marketing and execution of a wide range of events for the EMEA region. These events will be a mix of in-person, virtual and hybrid and will be a combination of in-house and external, ranging in size from smaller, targeted events to larger scale client events.   

 

This Events & Marketing Executive role would be an ideal opportunity for a candidate who has gained good experience in events and marketing, has a passion for delivering work that differentiates the firm from the competition and is looking for autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders.

 

The remit of the Events & Marketing Executive role will include:

 

  • Planning and delivering all aspects of events and campaigns, from initial concept creation to post event analysis and reporting
  • Developing marketing collateral, event presentations, client invitations and corporate gifting
  • Carrying out market and competitor research to ensure events are best in class and an opportunity to differentiate
  • Management of the events and marketing budget

 

The successful candidate for this role will require:

 

  • Strong previous events and/or marketing experience gained in a law firm or wider professional services environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A results driven, solutions orientated, proactive approach
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience of working with InterAction, or similar CRM databases and email marketing platforms
