This firm is well known for providing excellent learning and development opportunities, delivering exceptional client service and nurturing the growth of their people. Due to continued growth and success, my client is looking for a talented Events Advisor to join their team in London. This is a brilliant opportunity for an Events Executive who has experience of the strategic planning of events, and strong stakeholder management skills, looking for a step up. This Events Advisor role involves developing and delivering a range of impactful events, both in-person and virtual, that align with the firm's strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute high-impact events from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop comprehensive event project plans and manage budgets effectively.
  • Work with the client development and business development teams to create a robust events programme.
  • Provide expert advice on event best practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Oversee supplier relationships and manage contracts to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and ROI reporting to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members to foster their development.

 

About You:

  • Proven experience in managing events within a professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic event planning and tactical delivery.
  • Advisor**: Ability to act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Experience in aligning events with the firm's overarching business objectives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
