We are delighted to be working with a leading professional services firm who are looking to appoint an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to join its established and highly regarded early careers team. This is a broad, delivery‑focused role offering real ownership across attraction, recruitment and programme delivery, with strong stakeholder exposure and scope to develop.
The role:
Working as part of a collaborative early careers function, you will support the end‑to‑end recruitment of graduate and school‑leaver talent across multiple UK and international offices. You will play a key role in delivering attraction campaigns, managing high‑volume recruitment processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
This role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of early careers recruitment practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of annual early careers attraction and marketing campaigns
- Coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle, including applications, assessments, interviews and offers
- Managing the operational delivery of assessment centres and recruitment events
- Building and delivering virtual and in‑person events, working closely with internal stakeholders
- Supporting the design and delivery of vacation or insight programmes, including participant experience
- Managing candidate communications, feedback and offers with a strong focus on candidate care
- Producing accurate recruitment data and management information
- Working collaboratively with HR, marketing, inclusion teams and external partners
You will have experience in early careers, graduate recruitment or resourcing, ideally within a professional services or similarly fast‑paced environment. You will be confident managing multiple processes simultaneously and comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
