A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to join a top UK law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.
If you have early careers recruitment experience at an Advisor level in a professional services firm, we would love to hear from you. This role can be based either in London or Newcastle.
Key responsibilities will include:

Pre-selection and screening of applications

Running assessment days – assessing group exercises, administering psychometric testing and sourcing assessors

Managing the post-offer process to meet annual recruitment targets

Developing content for social media campaigns and website

Managing delivery and organisation of Vacation Schemes

Running diversity events to support the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion policy

Developing and delivering marketing strategy for target universities and arranging associated events

Responding to enquiries from fee earners and applicants

Assisting Early Careers Manager with ad hoc projects
The successful candidate will need to have previous early careers recruitment experience at Advisor level and be confident working with senior stakeholders.
