Director of Technology — Boutique Law Firm | London / New York
We're hiring a Director of Technology for a boutique law firm with offices in London and New York. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll own the IT strategy, manage the firm's MSP, and run everything from infrastructure and cybersecurity to legal tech, data security, and disaster recovery.
You'll partner with Partners, Fee Earners, and Business Services to keep technology sharp and client service excellent. Expect to lead IT projects end-to-end, hold the MSP to account, drive automation and AI adoption, support virtual hearings and arbitrations, and lead on Business Continuity and office moves.
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years of IT leadership in a law firm or professional services environment
- Proven MSP and vendor management experience
- Strong knowledge of legal tech (iManage, Relativity, HighQ, NetDocuments or similar)
- Solid grounding in data security, compliance, and disaster recovery
- A proactive, hands-on mindset suited to a boutique environment
